Fast-rising singer-songwriter George O’Hanlon crafts deeply emotive and intimate melodies, showcasing his fiercely personal approach to storytelling through his music. Inspired by legendary artists Jeff Buckley, Thom Yorke and Bob Dylan, O’Hanlon admits that his best work comes from quieter moments of self-reflection. His debut EP The Storm was released last year and featured soul-baring singles The Weight and The Storm, dealing with themes of self-affirmation, reflection and love. O’Hanlon’s popularity has snowballed, resulting in him playing the BBC Introducing stage at Latitude Festival this summer and recording at the infamous Abbey Road Studios.
