TICKETING

Where can I buy my ticket?
Here!

Are there individual day tickets?
You can get individual day ticketshere.

Are there individual venue tickets?
A. There are no individual venue tickets.

I can no longer make the event, can I get a refund?
We regret that we cannot exchange or refund tickets.

Do I need to print my ticket to collect my wristband?
Only if you don’t own a smartphone. If you do have a smartphone we recommend clicking the e-ticket option when checking out at Ticket Web and bring it along on your mobile device to be scanned in exchange for a wristband.

How do I collect my wristband?
In order to collect your wristband, you will need to come to the wristband exchange with a scannable e-ticket or a printed ticket.  

Where can I pick up my wristband?
The Wristband Exchange will take place at Tramshed* on Friday, and at Tiny Rebel** on Saturday and Sunday.

** Tiny Rebel, 25 Westgate St, Cardiff CF10 1DD.

What time will the Wristband Exchange be open?
Our opening times are as follows:
Friday @ Tramshed – 16:30 – 21:00
Saturday @ Tiny Rebel – 11:30 – 21:00
Sunday @ Tiny Rebel – 11:30 – 18:00

Can I pick up my friend’s wristband without them being there?
We run a strict policy of placing wristbands on customers’ wrists at the exchange, this ensures that festival goers don’t lose their wristbands as they walk from venue to venue.

ACCESSIBILITY

Are all the venues wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, not all venues are wheelchair accessible. We aim to include as many accessible venues as possible to ensure that everyone can enjoy Sŵn Festival. We will include accessibility details per venue when we announce them.

TRAVELLING TO THE FESTIVAL

Is there a Park + Ride?
Cardiff has a regular shuttle bus to three Park & Ride sites just outside the centre and can be found here 

What public transport is available in the city?
You can plan your journey to the city centre by visiting theTraveline Cymru website. For information on how to get around Cardiff City Centre by foot, OVO Bike, taxis or public transport please go to the Visit Cardiff website.

ATTENDING THE FESTIVAL

What time does the festival open?
Sŵn Festival 2022 will take place from 21-23 October. The Festival starts Friday 6pm at Tramshed Cardiff. Specific opening times of the stages will be announced closer to the festival.

Can children come to the festival?
Due to licensing, the entire festival is 18+ and you may be required to show ID while passing through venue security.
