How Does the Sŵn Festival Payment Plan Work?
We have introduced a payment plan for Sŵn 2026 in order to help with the cost of 3 day and 2 day tickets.
What does this mean?
- The payment plan spreads the cost of your tickets over a number of months, depending on when you purchase them.
- Once you’ve signed up to the payment plan, See Tickets will automatically take a payment each month.
- Booking fees are charged with the first payment.
- Please note that the Face Value price of the tickets listed is only the initial payment and not the total amount you will be paying.
- After you have selected your tickets you will have to agree to certain terms relating to Sŵn Festival.
- Please note: if you miss a payment due to a lost card or lack of funds SeeTickets will contact you weekly via email. You are then given 20 days to pay it off by entering card details. A deadline date for the payment will be stated clearly within this email after which time your tickets will be cancelled. You will not receive a refund for the payments already made.
- If you are booked on a payment plan, please ensure to check that the money is leaving your account each month – if for some reason it doesn’t – please reach out to SeeTickets to check the status of your booking.
Before purchasing, the payment plan clearly displays the deposit amount and subsequent payment amounts and dates they will be taken each month.

When will my payments be due for my ticket payment plan instalments?
An automatic payment will be taken on the first Sunday of each month. If you miss a payment on your instalment plan, due to insufficient funds or an invalid card you will be notified via email from See Tickets. You are then given 20 days to pay it off by entering card details. A deadline date for the payment will be stated clearly within this email. Please note if you fail to make the payment, your ticket will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund for the payments already made.

Can I change the card details on my payment plan?
The payment card used to pay an instalment cannot be changed, however should the original payment card fail to charge, SeeTickets customer service team will be in touch for new card details. This new card will then be stored for further payments until the ticket / package has been paid in full.
I have missed an instalment, am I still able to pay for it?
If you miss a payment on your instalment plan, due to insufficient funds or an invalid card you will be notified via email. You are then given 20 days to pay it off by entering card details. A deadline date for the payment will be stated clearly within this email after which time your tickets will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund for the instalments that have already been paid.

I have a payment plan, am I able to pay the rest of my instalments in full?
Unfortunately it is not possible to pay off your ticket in full with a payment plan, the payments will be taken on the first Sunday of each month.
