Jerskin-Fendrix

An alien, from Birmingham, who writes operas in his spare time. The electronic misfit in the Brixton Windmill scene centred around Black Midi, Jerskin Fendrix releases songs rarely, taking the time to craft weirdo futurist pop that’s maddening, disturbing and addictive in equal measures. Songs like ‘Swamp’ or ‘Onigiri’ are soups of distorted vocals, swerving time signatures and sudden bursts of noise, Fendrix riding these beasts like Arca on fiendish poppers. Catch him in a net and don’t let him leave.
