Jamal Guthrie

Jamal is a Director at London based agency LNZRT. Over the past decade he has worked across marketing, PR, programming and partnerships for well loved independent venues and festivals including Wide Awake, MOTH Club, The Shacklewell Arms, The 100 Club and Rich Mix.

He is also the founder of Route, a Community Interest Company supporting young people from marginalised backgrounds to pursue a career in the music industry by providing job opportunities, mentorship and practical advice.
