Estelle Wilkinson
Estelle Wilkinson started her career in Manchester, securing a job at TMP a Radio & TV promotions company. Her first management position came a year later with a role at The Happy Mondays management company Gorgeous management joining while the band were finishing their fourth and final album ‘Yes Please’ in chaotic fashion in Barbados.
After the rollercoaster that was the next 12 months she joined legendary record executive Caroline Elleray, who was managing World of Twist, Intastella amongst others, she also worked at the infamous nightclub Home in Manchester for several years before leaving Manchester for a role in Edinburgh within the vibrant club scene there.
Wilkinson spent a couple years in the late 90’s travelling around Africa, Australia and South East Asia before returning to the music industry in 2000 joining Phil Harvey to assist in managing Coldplay for the Parachutes campaign. When Harvey stepped away from duties she took over the daunting role of Manager in 2002 and worked with Dave Holmes for a further two album campaigns (Rush of Blood to the Head, X&Y) before stepping away to be a full time mum.
Wilkinson has managed Bastille since 2018 – overseeing 4 album campaigns ( Doom Days, Give me the Future, the 10 year anniversary campaign for ‘Bad Blood X’ and the current project Bastille presents “&” as well as 3 world tours. With over 11 million records sold, 3 No.1 albums, 6 UK top 40 singles and 2 billion video views, Bastille continue to be one of the world’s most streamed bands.
