Thrashy punks out of South Africa, Twenty One Children’s music is a distinctly DIY affair. The fearless trio are currently tearing up the rulebook of the country’s alt-rock scene, as they fuse U.S. skate punk with the heartbeat of Soweto. Through the band they’ve built skate parks, hosted benefit shows and shared the stage with legends such as DEATH, there’s a whole community around them.
The music is fast, lo-fi, and completely unrelenting. They are the modern embodiment of punk, and they definitely reach the threshold for maximum volume.
We expect to see a lot of crowd surfing and body movement at their Sŵn set.
