The word “showmanship” comes to mind upon watching Brighton newcomers Slag, a charming band of young students who are impressively good at their respective instruments. This is all present in their debut single ‘Heaven’, where lead singer Amelie rips lead guitar, all the while singing an impressively techy verse with every part of this young band’s creative output being filled to the brim with quality and potential.
