Giorgio Tuma is an Italian musician who has made music since 2002, under the influence of artists such as Nick Drake, Tim Buckley, Tim Hardin, Stereolab, Broadway musicals, THE FREE DESIGN, Brian Wilson, Piero Piccioni, Piero Umiliani and Armando Trovajoli.
Since his first release “Uncolored” he has tried to put all these influences into sound – imaginary, cinematic suggestions and childhood nostalgia. During the years since, he’s made four albums and released three 7″s through Elefant records. His last album (out in February 2016 – This Life Denied Me Your Love) represents his most ambitious work yet, and hinges on the collaborations contained in the thirteen songs. Laetitia Sadier, Michael Andrews and Matias Tellez of Young Dreams gifted their magic touch to this melancholic blue album.
